Fuengirola was built fast between the sixties and the eighties, and that is exactly the home we transform week after week: 60–100 m² apartments with the original terrazzo floor, a closed kitchen at the end of the corridor, a bathtub nobody uses and wiring that trips the moment you switch on the air conditioning.

Our job is to turn that flat into what 2026 expects: open spaces, brand-new installations top to bottom, joinery that keeps out heat and noise, and materials that stand up to what is inevitable here — salt air on the front line, year-round humidity and, in many cases, the wear of holiday rentals.

One in three residents of Fuengirola is foreign, and a large share of the town's flats are second homes whose owners live in Manchester, Dublin or Helsinki. That is why we turned remote project management into a method rather than an improvisation — see chapter 03.
