A building company, not a middleman

In Fuengirola it is easy to find someone to “manage” your renovation. We do something different: we are a building company with our own team of trades — masonry, plumbing, electrics, joinery, air conditioning — who work together project after project, to the same standard of finish.

That model has one direct consequence: a single person runs your project and answers for it, from day one to handover. When you call, there is no salesman in between — there is someone who walked through your site that same morning.

We work across Fuengirola and Mijas, on medium and large renovations only: full homes, kitchens and bathrooms. No odd jobs — not because we cannot, but because doing a renovation properly demands a dedicated team, and that is incompatible with fixing a blind on the side.
