The flat you bought is not the flat you need
Most of our projects start the same way: a sixties or seventies apartment — in the centre, in Los Boliches, in a front-line tower — with everything going for it and everything left to do. Terrazzo floors, partition walls chopping up the light, an eight-square-metre closed kitchen, iron plumbing and wiring designed for a world without air conditioning.
A flat like that is not fixed piecemeal. You renovate it once, properly, and forget about builders for twenty years. That is a full renovation: starting with what you cannot see — installations, insulation, waterproofing — and finishing with what you enjoy.
- Demolition and waste management, with the building's common areas protected daily — in an occupied block, cleanliness is method, not courtesy.
- New installations throughout: plumbing, certified wiring, telecoms and ducted air conditioning — the standard of a serious renovation in Málaga.
- Layout: opening the kitchen to the living room, gaining a second bathroom, turning three small bedrooms into two good ones.
- Finishes: floors, tiling, painting, interior and exterior joinery — with glazing that stands up to the western sun and the salt breeze.
- Permit: prepared and filed by us with Fuengirola Town Hall.

How long does a full renovation take?
Between 8 and 12 weeks for a 70–100 m² apartment, depending on demolition and layout changes. The schedule is put in writing with the quote, and if the property is rented in summer we plan the works to finish before the season.
Is the building permit included?
Yes. We prepare the paperwork, file it with Fuengirola Town Hall and the fee appears as a line in the quote — nothing for you to chase.
What happens if something unexpected appears on site?
It is documented with photos, priced in writing and only executed once you approve it. A fixed quote is not touched without your signature.
Can you run the project while I am abroad?
Most of our full renovations work exactly like that: keys held by us, weekly photo and video reports, decisions in writing and a move-in handover. Distance changes nothing but the time zone.
